Shopping Cart
- While you browse the shopping pages all saleable products have "Add to cart " buttons
- Hit these buttons to add your choice to the shopping cart
- When you have added your choice you will be taken to the shopping cart area for confirmation of the product order
- If you wish to continue to shop hit the continue shopping button
- Or if you wish to finalise your order you can select your delivery method and hit the checkout button
- Input your delivery and personal details
- Choose your method of payment and finalise your order
- If You want to view your shopping cart without adding a product you can hit the shopping cart sign at the top left of every page.
Credit Card Payments
We accept payments via our payment partners - NoChex / Paypal - who process all credit card transactions on our behalf.

- Credit Cards - Master Card, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Switch, Solo and Maestro.
- Any sensitive information you send to us, from your computer to NoChex servers is encrypted in transit using the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol. We use the highest commercially available encryption key length of 128-bits provided by Verisign.
- UK Postal Order are accepted
- Uk cheques are accepted made payable to Nailform
- We only accept Credit cards via NoChex or Paypal
- All goods remain the property of Nailform until full payment is received for the goods ordered
Notes -
* if you are paying by cheque ensure that you have given your cheque guarentee card details on the back of your cheque. Orders will be held until payment clears for cheques without card details.
Postage, Packing & Delivery Times
Once your order has been received, we will send you a confirmation invoice via email, if you don't receive this email within 12 hours please contact us and we will confirm your transaction.
Nailform will process and pack your order within 7 working days and send via your chosen method of delivery.
We use Royal Mail for all of our postal services throughout the UK and we are subject to their terms and conditions and prices.
Deliveries are sent by 1st/2ndClass Recorded delivery or Special Delivery as chosen by you at the time of ordering. You will receive your order within 2-4 days (1st class), 4-10 days (2nd class) once goods have been despatched. Special Delivery is next day.

* However there maybe times when this is not possible to meet. Nailform will contact you if these circumstances arise and arrange an alternative delivery time.
Nailform Product Cancellations & Returns -
Your right to cancel:
At Nailform.co.uk we want you to be satisfied and happy with your purchases. That's why we have a "No Quibbles" Returns Policy. If the goods you ordered are not up to your expectations.
Under the United Kingdom's "Distance Selling Regulations", you have the right to cancel the purchase of any of the product items within 7 days of delivery (Starting the day after delivery, and not including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays).
You are entitled to a full refund with no financial penalty.
Unfortunately, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of products that have been broken. Business and corporate transactions are exempt.

To cancel your purchase, please fill out the back of the Invoice that accompanies your items, giving the reason for the return as "Purchase Contract cancellation, or other reason". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us with the Invoice so that we receive it within 14 working days (starting the day after delivery, and not including Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays) of the date that the item was delivered to you.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you are responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered faulty, damaged or the incorrect goods.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of your order, we will make arrangements to refund you and your account with the relevant part of the purchase, or entire purchase.
