General
This site and any contract made by a user of this site is governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Payment
- We accept the following Credit and Debit cards, MasterCard, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Solo, Switch, Maestro and Cheques and Postal Orders. (Debit cards are only accepted throughout the UK) (Credit cards are accepted for orders within the UK and internationally)
- All transactions are in the United Kingdom currency of GBP£ (Great British Pounds Sterling).
Delivery Times & Postal Rates
- In normal circumstances, throughout the UK we will deliver as stated within 1-4 days for 1st Class Recorded Delivery or Next Day if Special Delivery is selected.
- International orders, throughout Europe and the rest of the world will be despatched using international signed for recorded delivery and will be delivered as stated within 5 -7 days.
- However there may be times when this may not be possible to meet. We will ensure that you will receive your goods within a maximum of 30 days, or contact you in extreme circumstances to arrange a suitable delivery time. If you are not happy with the alternative delivery date, you will be offered a complete refund.
Back Orders And Item substitutions
- From time to time, some items may be out of stock, with ourselves and our suppliers. If it is possible to substitute a suitable alternative, in the interests of sending out an order, we will do this for you.
- If you are not happy with your substitution you may return it within the Returns Conditions set out below.
Your Right to Cancel and Return -
We will only accept products back under the following conditions ( UK Distance Selling Regulations 2000):
- The customer must contact us within 7 working days. This starts the day after the receipt of the goods. You may contact us by email, Fax or normal mail. (Please see below for contact details)
- The vendor will not accept goods for credit or refund unless such return has been authorized by Nailform, and the goods are received by Nailform in stock condition, with original packaging
- Nailform shall refund postal expenses on returns of faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.(d) No credit or refund shall be made for goods until they have been received complete.
- The product being returned must not be tampered with in any way.
- We will not accept products that have been used, opened packages or products that seem to be damaged deliberately in any way.
- If you do not return the goods within the 30 days after the cancellation, we may impose a charge for the collection of the goods, and deduct this from the refund.
- You are however responsible for the safe delivery of the return product.
- If in the unlikely event you receive your goods in a damaged state, you are covered by Postal insurance if Special Delivery was used, you must inform us within 7 days of receipt of goods, by email to enable us to pursue a claim against Royal Mail. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
- In the unlikely event of your goods being faulty we will offer to replace these goods at no extra charge, or we will offer you a full refund. The faulty or damaged goods will be required to be returned, to enable us to claim off our suppliers or our shipping agents. Ensure that you email us to advise of faulty goods up to seven days after you have received your goods. We will not refund if you do not inform us after this period of time, under any circumstances. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
- When you email us for a return, we will give you a reference number. Please ensure you quote this number, with your returned item.

Complaints Procedure.
Nailform endeavours to respond to complaints within five working days. We promise to deal with all complaints confidentially and in a fair, speedy and effective manner. This contract is and shall be deemed to have been made in England and shall in all respects be governed by United Kingdom Law.
